◆About returns and exchanges

1. Cases eligible for refund or exchange

  • If the product is defective
  • If the product is different from the order
  • If the product is damaged

2. Cases not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Returns due to customer reasons (wrong size, different from what you expected, etc.)
  • If the product has been used or is damaged
  • If 7 days or more have passed since the product arrived
  • Outlet and sale items
  • Special-order items, items that have become damaged or soiled while in the customer's possession

 *We will cover the shipping costs if the product is defective. *As for refunds, we will transfer the purchase price to your specified account within 7 days after receiving the product and confirming the problem.

◆About cancellations

Order cancellations can only be made before the item is shipped and within 1 hour of placing the order .

*Cancellation cannot be accepted or processed after the product has been shipped.
