For customers who have not received their product after placing an order

If you have not received a shipping notification or have not received your order after 12/1/2021, it is possible that the payment confirmation button on the purchase screen was not pressed by the customer.
We ship via Click Post, LetterPack Plus, or registered mail with tracking number, and the expected arrival date is within approximately one week from the shipping date, unless there is a problem with the shipping company.
