◆Shipping Charges and Methods

The following does not apply to customers outside Japan.

Shipping is free for orders totaling 11,000 yen or more.

(*When you purchase items totaling 11,000 yen or more, the system will show paid shipping below free shipping on the purchase screen. If you have selected the paid shipping option, please contact us from the Contact Us page so that we can refund you the shipping fee).

For orders less than 11,000 yen, it will vary depending on the total weight of the ordered items. Please refer to the following.

If the total amount of multiple purchases is less than 11,000 yen, a special delivery fee of 930 yen will be charged in addition to the regular delivery fee for items marked "Special Delivery". (Applicable items are <succulent pods>, <flower vases>, and <breakable items such as test tube glasses>.)

◆About delivery date

We will ship within 2~5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after confirming payment.
If you fail to receive your order for any of the reasons listed below after the
product has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge you for various costs (such as shipping costs) incurred by these procedures as a matter of your convenience. In addition, if there is no request for resending the product or if the customer refuses to receive the product, the product price will not be refunded.

  • Reshipment procedures in the case of a different delivery address due to an error in the customer's (including address book) registered address.
  • Reshipment procedures in the event that an item is returned to the customer due to the customer's absence from the delivery address, or due to the customer's failure to make a reshipment request.
