◆Shipping charges and shipping methods
The following does not apply to customers outside Japan.
Free shipping is available for orders totaling 11,000 yen or more.
(*When you purchase items totaling 11,000 yen or more, the system will show paid shipping below free shipping on the purchase screen. If you have selected the paid shipping option, please contact us from the Contact Us page so that we can refund you the shipping fee).
For orders less than 11,000 yen, it will vary depending on the total weight of the ordered items. Please refer to the following.

If the total amount of your order is less than 11,000 yen, a special shipping fee of 870 yen will be charged in addition to the regular shipping fee for items marked as "Special Shipping". (Applicable items are <succulent pods>, <flower vases>, and <breakable items such as test tube glasses>)

◆About delivery date
We will ship within 2~5 days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) after confirming payment.
If you fail to receive your order for any of the following reasons after it has been shipped, we reserve the right to charge you for various expenses (such as shipping costs) incurred by these procedures as a matter of convenience. In addition, if there is no request for resending the product or if the customer refuses to receive the product, the product price will not be refunded.
- Reshipment procedures in the case of a different delivery address due to an error in the customer's (including address book) registered address.
- Reshipment procedures in the event that an item is returned to the customer due to the customer's absence from the delivery address, or due to the customer's failure to make a reshipment request.
Please note that we do not offer a delivery date selection service.
