For customers who do not receive emails

If you are
using a free email such as Gmail, it is possible that your
order confirmation email
will be automatically sorted into a different folder from your normal inbox folders such as "Promotions Tab", "Important Tab", "Junk Mail Folder", or "Deleted Folder
".
Please check them once.
Other possible reasons include

  1. There is a possibility that your registered e-mail address is incorrect.
  2. If you have set your e-mail settings to reject incoming e-mails
  3. Delayed delivery of automatic e-mails

If you are using a spam filter, please make sure that your e-mail address is set to allow receipt of
e-mails
in the future.
