For customers who do not receive emails
If you are
using a free email such as Gmail, it is possible that your order confirmation email
will be automatically sorted into a different folder from your normal inbox folders such as "Promotions Tab", "Important Tab", "Junk Mail Folder", or "Deleted Folder ".
Please check them once.
Other possible reasons include
- There is a possibility that your registered e-mail address is incorrect.
- If you have set your e-mail settings to reject incoming e-mails
- Delayed delivery of automatic e-mails
If you are using a spam filter, please make sure that your e-mail address is set to allow receipt of
e-mails in the future.
