cutting board is made from round slices of Japanese pagoda tree from Hokkaido
.

You can choose with or without iron handles as an option.
The board without a handle has a 15mm-diameter hole for hooking.
The wood's gouge side is facing out, similar to an end-grain cutting board






, making it scratch-resistant and gentle to knives.







Thewood 's mouth surface soaks up a lot of oil, so it also has a mildew-resistant characteristic.
No coloring agents are used. The natural coloring of the wood comes out.
Cutting boards are usually less than 2.0 cm thick, but this product is made about 2.5 cm thicker.
Also, the surface is stamped with an engraving.
